Bisceglia Residence

Dale and Lynette Bisceglia found a lot
on Fox Island that has great views of Point Fosdick, the Narrows Bridge and Mt. Rainier.
Our concept is designed to create a lodge
with a bit of a twist. The exterior has all of the traditional lodge cues but when you look at the plan you see
an undulating wall along the waterside that provides changing focus on the various views.
The Master Bedroom is twisted off to
provide a more private sanctuary. Access to the outdoors is provided on the waterside covered porch or to a sun
terrace on the southwest corner.
The upstairs includes a loft overlook,
a media room, pool table and 2 bedrooms with computer/study area.
Gary Howe and his crew helped bring this
home from concept to reality.
